How long does an appointment take?+
Most appointments take two to four hours. Coat condition, service type, and comfort breaks can affect timing. We’ll text you when your pup is ready.
Do you groom puppies, seniors, or anxious dogs?+
Yes. We adapt the pace and service to the individual dog. Please share medical, mobility, or behavioral considerations before the appointment so we can plan safely.
What if my dog has mats?+
Comfort comes first. We’ll discuss humane options, expected coat length, and any additional time before proceeding whenever possible.
What vaccinations are required?+
Every dog must be current on Rabies and Distemper/Parvovirus (DHPP or DA2PP). Proof from a licensed veterinarian must be provided before services.
